Recording News!

March 1st, 2017- First of all, I am thrilled to announce that I have recorded violin tracks for Grammy Award®-winning Nashville songwriters, Jon Vezner and Don Henry's new The Don Juans album!

I was so honored to be asked, and humbled is the word when I learned the names and reputation of the royalty that are the other guests on the record:

Bernie Leadon, multi-instrumentalist from the Flying Burrito Brothers and a founding member of the Eagles;

Dan Dugmore, legendary pedal steel player for James Taylor, Linda Ronstadt, and about a hundred other music legends;

and Charlie McCoy, possibly the most lauded and recorded harmonica player in the history of country, pop and folk music.

(added July 2018, I didn't know it at the time, but Tom Paxton is also featured on The Don Juans album, on a song the boys wrote together.) (Wow!)

The Don Juans have a unique act...the music is so pretty, and the lyrics are tender and funny at the same time. Right up my alley!

They are going out on the road with Tom Paxton. Go see The Don Juans if you can...their performances are really fun! Tell 'em Diane sent you!
